DESCRIPTION/ORDERING INFORMATION
This two-bit non-inverting translator is a bidirectional voltage-level translator and can be used to establish digital
switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. It uses two separate configurable power-supply rails,
with the A ports supporting operating voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V while it tracks the VCCA supply, and the B
ports supporting operating voltages from 2.3 V to 5.5 V while it tracks the VCCB supply. This allows the support of
both lower and higher logic signal levels while providing bidirectional translation capabilities between any of the
1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes.
When the output-enable (OE) input is low, all I/Os are placed in the high-impedance state, which significantly
reduces the power-supply quiescent current consumption.
To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to GND through a
pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.

load, line, and temperature extremes.
Ultra-small wafer chip scale (WCSP) and 2mm x
2mm SON packages make the TPS728xx series ideal
for handheld applications.
This family of devices is fully specified over a
temperature range of T J = – 40 ° C to +125 ° C.

The TPS84621RUQ is an easy-to-use integrated
power solution that combines a 6-A DC/DC converter
with power MOSFETs, an inductor, and passives into
a low profile, BQFN package. This total power
solution allows as few as 3 external components and
eliminates the loop compensation and magnetics part
selection process.
The 9×15×2.8 mm BQFN package is easy to solder
onto a printed circuit board and allows a compact
point-of-load design with greater than 90% efficiency
and excellent power dissipation with a thermal
impedance of 13°C/W junction to ambient. The
device delivers the full 6-A rated output current at
85°C ambient temperature without airflow.
The TPS84621 offers the flexibility and the feature-
set of a discrete point-of-load design and is ideal for
powering performance DSPs and FPGAs. Advanced
packaging technology afford a robust and reliable
power solution compatible with standard QFN
mounting and testing techniques.

DESCRIPTION
The TPS84610RKG is an easy-to-use integrated
power solution that combines a 6-A DC/DC converter
with power MOSFETs, an inductor, and passives into
a low profile, BQFN package. This total power
solution requires as few as 3 external components
and eliminates the loop compensation and magnetics
part selection process.
The 9×11×2.8 mm BQFN package is easy to solder
onto a printed circuit board and allows a compact
point-of-load design with greater than 90% efficiency
and excellent power dissipation with a thermal
impedance of 12°C/W junction to ambient. The
device delivers the full 6-A rated output current at
85°C ambient temperature without airflow.
The TPS84610 offers the flexibility and the
feature-set of a discrete point-of-load design and is
ideal for powering performance DSPs and FPGAs.
Advanced packaging technology afford a robust and
reliable power solution compatible with standard QFN
mounting and testing techniques.
